FAQs
Do you offer machine repairs?
Yes, we have a dedicated engineer who repairs all makes and models of sewing machines and overlockers.
Our engineer collects machines on a Thursday and repairs are typically returned to our shop in 14 days but this really depends on what the issue with your machine and the availability of parts.

Do you offer clothing alterations?
Yes we offer clothing alterations in store, drop them in to us and our designated tailor will make any adjustments you require or call us up for more information.
What size fabric do you sell?
We sell our fabric in quarter metres, this means that if you’d like half a metre (50cm) then select ‘2’ in the quantity box, if you’d like ¾ of a metre (75cm) then select ‘3’ and if you’d like 1 metre select ‘4’ and so on…
What is your delivery policy?
We'll be in the shop processing your orders 4 times a week, orders sent by 'standard postage' will be sent 2nd class Royal Mail.
